Shirley Sio, MBA
Founder + Head Driving Instructor
With over a decade of experience and a 98% student pass rate, Shirley Sio has empowered thousands of new and returning drivers to gain confidence, employment independence, and everyday mobility freedom.
Shirley is the developer of the Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) curriculum and is approved by ICBC. she has contributed to reducing crash rates across B.C. by promoting safer, more responsible driving habits.
Through DriveTreck’s proven, friendly, and structured teaching approach, Shirley continues to support teenagers in earning high school graduation credits and serving as B.C. Road Safety Ambassadors. She also works closely with new immigrants, individuals rebuilding their independence, those who have experienced trauma, and students with diverse learning needs—helping each learner build confidence and feel safe behind the wheel.
Today, she remains committed to collaborating with diverse experts and community partners to shape a safer, more connected, and empowering road culture for everyone in Richmond and Metro Vancouver BC.

Richmond Training Facility – No Pickups Required
Pick-up and drop-off are available, but travel time counts toward your lesson. Most students meet at the road test location to maximize practice time, and even a short warm-up is used effectively.
Monday – Sunday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
